During today's Conference on the 30th Commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsi, High Commissioner Martin Ngoga stressed that it is a moral obligation to ensure the voices of genocide victims are heard, their stories told, and their legacy preserved for future generations.

The High Commissioner also denounced the increasing hate speech and incitement to violence in many parts of the world, noting that these vices threaten human rights, social stability, and peace.

Meanwhile, he also shared 's journey of unity, reconciliation, and rebuilding. He noted that the country's journey was marked by unwavering resolve of her leadership and a determined people.
