People pleases all over the world struggle with using that two-letter word , NO ’
By learning to say NO we create space for self-care and prioritize, our own well-being. This can have numerous positive effects on our lives, such as reducing stress levels, improving our mental and physical health and increasing our overall happiness

When when we say no, it helps us avoid situations in which we may later feel uncomfortable or have a bad attitude. It does not make us look bad to others.
✨Learn to say “NO” by being polite and firm
✨Learning to say “NO”, without justifying your answer
✨Learn to say, I’ll think about it
✨Remember to take time for yourself
What do I need to let go of today? What is making you bleed because of holding onto it?
Are you really okay?
Saying “ I’m okay” is the easiest way of getting out of having to explain how you are actually feeling or we don’t want to be a bother to others or because we simply don’t feel ready to talk about it yet.
Its okay not to be okay. Its okay to take some time for tend to your physical, spiritual, mental and emotional well-being.
Self care is part of the answer to how we can all better cope with daily stressors.
Go for that nature walk, journal your thoughts and emotions, join a community group, go to the gym,start meditating etc surround yourself with people who will support and encourage you.
Self care does not mean the same thing for everyone.
Keep going , it is just a pasising cloud 🫂 🫂
Some days life feels like such a struggle, nothing makes sense and you think of throwing in the towel, maybe your job is getting too stressful or perhaps your business is not doing so well or you are trying to make ends meet. It sucks!!! I know but hang in there, you are stronger than you think, believe in yourself and keep pushing.
You are already so close. Often, when you feel like giving up, you are so close to making, a huge breakthrough.
Shift your perspective: Try to reframe your situation. Instead of focusing on what you lack. Look for small , positive aspects of your life. It could be a beautiful sunset, a warm meal or a supportive friend.
🌟 Make a list of what you are grateful for, this will help shift your perspective. Make it a habit.
Gratitude improves your mental health, promoting a more positive and stable mental state.
What are you grateful for tofay? Look around you, you cant miss a thing or two to be grateful for.

From a very young age , we begin to develop expectations about the world around us- very normal. But things do always go as planned.
We are here NOW
Accept that life has not turned out the way you expected and be okay with it. Easier said than done, once you start looking for reasons to be grateful, life becomes worth living and remember gratitude attracts abundance and miracles

I want you to notice or list what was good in midst of what didn’t happen as you expected.
Be present in the moment.Allow yourself the pleasure of the life you do have now.

Become Aware !!!
Before we can break old patterns , we need to know which patterns need breaking.
Once we are aware of our baseline, we need to know where we want to go next. Form new habits to replace the old ones with.
Set small manageable goals, create a daily schedule, reward yourself for completing another day with new habits. Celebrate the small wins
Dont be discouraged if things dont change overnight. Remember it took awhile for those patterns to become ingrained.
Give yourself time time to and patience to evolve. 🤍🤍🤍🤍
As exciting as change and healing are , there is sadness that goes along with these transitions.
We might be thrilled to shed layers of self doubt, low self esteem , and old patterns that no longer serve us- but sometimes we also shed aspects of ourselves that feel comfortable or safe in order to move forward on the path that feels most right for us.
