Summer Camps for Integration and Solidarity!

Under SALAM project, FSF organized 2 summer camps, involving 60 children from the Chaldean community and other religious groups from Chouf area. The 4-day camps promoted integration, environmental awareness, and personal growth through creative activities and games like art therapy, dancing, hiking, and more. Students gained social skills, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging while staying at the AFDC Ramlieh, guided by experienced educators from Scale. Together, we build bridges of understanding and joy.🌈⭐️

في اطار مشروع "سلام"، استضافت مؤسسة الفرح الاجتماعية مخيمين صيفيين للأطفال الكلدان حيث أمضوا وقتهم برفقة اطفال من مختلف الطوائف والجنسيات لتعزيز التكامل وثقافة التضامن. أمضوا ٤ أيام في AFDC مليئة بالأنشطة الهادفة: الأنشطة الإبداعية، الألعاب والأنشطة البدنية، والتوعية البيئية. هذه الأنشطة لم توفر فقط المتعة والمشاركة، بل غَرست أيضًا قيم التعاون، الإبداع، والمسؤولية البيئية. معًا، نبني جسور الوعي والفرح. 🌈✨

Throughout the past year, “Hadkoun” has distributed 1,500 food parcels, served 48,000 hot meals, and created job opportunities for 10 rural women.
By providing essential food supplies and employment, Hadkoun has significantly improved the lives of many families, fostering a stronger and more self-sufficient community.

Under the Women Economic Empowerment Project (WEE), the training was in Aley district.

22 women from Aley area attended a 11-day Capacity building program on Upcylcing, Entrepreneurship, Circular economy and Gender. at the end of the capacity building program, the women pitched their ideas to a jury and 10 ideas will be selected to receive in-kind support.

The program is implemented by FSF and funded by L’oreal Fund for Women.

خضعت 32 سيدة في منطقة عاليه لدورة تدريبية لمدة 11 يوما حول اعادة التدوير وريادة الاعمال.
وفي نهاية التدريبات قدمت السيدات في مشاريعن الخاصة امام لجنة تحكيم حيث سيصار الى اختيار 10 مشاريع لتمويلهن.
يأتي هذا المشروع في اطار سعي المؤسسة الى تمكين السيدات اقتصاديا وايجاد فرص عمل لهن وتحسين حياتهن.

These parcels will provide essential meals for people facing food insecurity, bringing hope and nourishment to those in need.
