Caught off the coast of Huelva, in southwestern Spain, Carabineros, also known as Scarlet prawn, are the world’s largest prawns that hail from the Eastern Atlantic into the Mediterranean Sea. They are renowned for their impressive size, striking bright red colour and delicate yet distinct flavor. As traditionally prepared in Spain and Portugal, we serve it simply salted and grilled.
