One of my former colleagues asked the IA to design her house in Taze Township. She wants us to design whatever that suits to them but her father prefer classic home like the residence that I designed before in North Dagon Township. We’re really appreciated that the client satisfy the design.

ခရီးသြားလာမႈမ်ားျပားသည့္ ရွမ္းျပည္နယ္အင္းေလးကန္တည္ရွိရာ ေညာင္ေရႊၿမိဳ႕နယ္တြင္ ကုန္က်စရိတ္သက္သက္သာသာျဖင့္
motel ေဆာက္လုပ္ခ်င္သည့္ Client ၏ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္ကို အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးခဲ့သည့္ Project ျဖစ္သည္။
Client ကိုယ္တိုင္မွာလည္း Local Guide တစ္ေယာက္
ျဖစ္သည့္အတြက္ မ်ားေသာအားျဖင့္ Long Stay Guide မ်ား အနားယူတည္းခိုႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ အဓိကရည္ရြယ္၍ ဒီဇိုင္းစဥ္းစားေပးခဲ့ပါသည္။
ေျမဧရိယာ 34’ x 36’ ေပၚတြင္ သံုးစြဲရသည့္ ဧည့္သည္မ်ားလည္း အဆင္ေျပ၊ Client ဘက္မွလည္း ရင္းႏွိးျမႇုပ္ႏွံမႈအရ ထိုက္တန္သည့္ အက်ိဳးအျမတ္ရရွိေစႏိုင္ရန္ စဥ္းစား ဒီဇိုင္း ထုတ္ခဲ့သည့္ Project ျဖစ္သည္။ Low Budget ေပၚတြင္ က်စ္လစ္သိပ္သည္းမည့္ Layout မ်ား၊ Facade Design မ်ားကို အေလးထား စဥ္းစားေပးခဲ့ပါသည္။
ေျမညီထပ္တြင္ ဧည့္ေတြ႕ရန္အတြက္ ေနရာမ်ား၊
Tea Time Counter မ်ား၊Long Stay မ်ားအတြက္
ခ်က္ျပဳတ္စားေသာက္ႏိုင္မည့္ Mini Kitchen မ်ား၊
Client’s Room မ်ားကို စီစဥ္ထားရွိၿပီး
ပထမ ထပ္တြင္ အိပ္ခန္းမ်ား၊ Roof slab အေပၚတြင္ ၿမိဳ႕ဝင္အလွကို Sunset ၾကည့္ရင္း ခံစားႏိုင္မည့္
Rooftop Bar မ်ားကို ဖန္တီးေရးဆြဲထားပါသည္။
