The wonderful montessori moveable alphabet prepares our children to blend sounds, read phonetic words, progress to write phrases and eventually read simple stories.

The purpose of this activity supports the concept of logical patterning, discrimination of shape, color and size by using a child’s visual sense and indirectly prepare for mathematics- specially squaring, algebra and geometry.
