🌟Distribution of Funds Event at Dar Kenn Għal Saħħtek!🌟

We are thrilled to share the success of today’s event where we celebrated the spirit of giving and community support!

Our event kicked off with an inspiring introduction speech from our Director General (People Management), Ms. Maureen Mahoney, followed by heartfelt words from the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry for Health and Active Ageing, Mr. Joseph Chetcuti.

✨ Mr. Chetcuti presented a generous donation to each of the amazing charity organizations we are supporting this year:

* Malta Guide Dog Foundation 🐕‍🦺
* Environmental NGO Żibel 🌍

These donations were made possible thanks to the CSR events organized over the past 6 months. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and contributed! 💖

But our mission doesn't stop here! We will be organizing more events in the coming months and we encourage everyone to join us in this great cause. Together, we can make a difference and help these NGOs continue their incredible work! 🤝

On the 12th of May we lost a dear colleague, Mr. Rossano Cuschieri, an esteemed ICT executive at the Information Management Unit (IMU) within the Ministry for Health and Active Ageing.

Rossano was a dedicated professional and a kind soul, whose legacy lives on through his incredible act of generosity. As an organ donor, Rossano saved and improved the lives of several individuals. Two patients have received his kidneys and are doing well, another patient received his liver in Italy, and one of his corneas is being used for research purposes.

Rossano's selfless decision to become an organ donor has made a significant impact, and we encourage everyone to consider following in his footsteps. By becoming an organ donor, you can give the gift of life to those who need it.
