Why need to encourage and expose Angels to group / team work ?

Angels gain social skills when work together in teams.
They learn how to cooperate, compromise, and negotiate with others. These are essential skills for building strong connections and relationships and navigating social situations in future.

At the same time, Angels learn to appreciate and respect the differences in others, and this understanding helps them develop empathy and social awareness.

These skills are crucial for building positive and good connections between people and people relationships and fostering social development, especially when they reach adulthood.
