After wrapping up their finals, a group of UCLA students took a 3-day, 2-night trip to Hatyai, Thailand. It was a small educational journey focused on exploring the vibrant Thai food culture. With the guidance of Chef Darren and Chef Lay Yen, the students had a fantastic time discovering new flavours, learning about traditional ingredients, and getting hands-on with local cooking techniques. The trip was a memorable adventure, filled with new experiences and a deeper appreciation for the rich culinary heritage of Thailand. 🇹🇭🫶🏻
