Our Goodness Bowl, was inspired by the Poke Bowl and we wanted to create something that contained elements that were familiar to us..
We love our Millets here at Kayra and its a grain thats most under represented in this part of the region..Its often ignored as a healthy grain and thats why we wanted to create this Goodness bowl with the Millet in mind.

For those of you who are health conscious, Millets should be part of your daily meal and with it being gluten free, it can be consumed by everyone . Most people are starting to be aware of this health grain and we are happy to see , the Goodness Bowl as a crowd pleaser..
