青年农夫之声分享会

今年是活力农耕100周年庆典，全球各地以自家的方式来纪念这特别的一年。

国际活力农耕德米特联盟(BFDI)年度会员大会, 今年就回到波兰举办。那是当年史代纳博士讲述农业八讲的原发地，因此意义更显得重大。

大家共聚一堂一同回顾及展望活力农耕未来的挑战、方向与发展。

Ee Leen （马来西亚活力农耕青年农夫）她出席了这次在波兰的大会。所以今天我们邀请她为我们分享，她參加大会后的收获与启发，并与我们跟进国际活力农耕德米特联盟(BFDI)的最新资讯与动向。她也会分享在波兰及欧洲其它德米特农场之旅中的体验与感受。

Abundance of harvests for cos lettuce! 🥬

We’ll be receiving an abundance of organic cos lettuce from Uncle Tai next week. This is due to the farmers planted more cos lettuce recently and improvement in the soil condition resulting in good yield.

‘Lettuce’ grab a few more packs of organic cos lettuce in our stores, we hope that none goes to waste! 🤗

Uncle Tai manages a farm located in Cameron Highlands, we were surprised by how beautiful the environment is when we visited him. Uncle Tai reclaimed his health through organic farming and that’s what he wish for the community, that everyone can be healthy while leaving a regenerative soil for our future generations.

Uncle Tai mentioned how much he appreciates the workers in the farm, they are happy to learn about organic and biodynamic farming. Taking own initiative to grow vegetables even along the sidewalk, hence resulting in abundance of harvests. He has been guiding the farmers for years and mentioned how the workers are now more skillful than he is! 🤭

What warmed our hearts today was hearing our participants say, “I appreciate that these food were prepared with so much care and heart, we are blessed to be able to enjoy them.”

Farm Foodies always say a wish in their hearts for health and joy whenever they prepare their foods. Somehow this thought translates onto their food and nourishes the soul.

The trio started developing recipes more than a month ago once we planned for this experience. Every dish prepared today was a surprise for everyone!

We never thought that the small sourish green mangoes would go so well with eggplants. A salad with a kombucha dressing that triggers one to wonder what’s inside that makes it so different? We ended with a big surprise, a brownie without eggs and flour but tastes exactly like a brownie! You would not have guessed that it’s made of tempeh! 🤭

Many would think that organic and plant based foods would not be as appealing, we beg to differ. Not only can it be attractive on the eyes, also on the tastebuds while truly nourishing the body.

Wish to learn how to cook? We have a cooking workshop happening on 6/7 (Sat). Come learn how to prepare 5 dishes with organic, plant based and fermented foods. Recipes that you can prepare in your own kitchen! 😊

On Mother’s Day weekend, we threw an organic rose tea party for these beautiful ladies. We blended our own rose essential oil roller ball blend, also enjoyed an organic rose inspired tea time prepared by Connie.

Rose is the queen of flowers, it blossoms with thorns despite the surroundings. Giving out virtues of gentleness, beauty and ultimate love.

Every mother deserves to be embraced by the scents of rose, and never forget that even a superwoman deserves to be loved and taken care of. Happy Mother’s Day to all the ladies ♥️
