Thanks for waiting for the taste that’s worth your patience!

Just today morning, many customers come in for take away, purchasing 5-10 bagels each to bring home for their families as breakfast.

It’s our great honor, and we sincerely thank everyone for their overwhelming support and appreciation.

However, due to this, the waiting time for each customer has extended from the usual 5-10 minutes to 20-30 minutes.

This is an unacceptable delay in service, even to us.

We are aware that Saturdays tend to be busy, and we’ve even added extra staff (a total of 4) to address and improve kitchen efficiency.

Yet, with the additional hands, why is it still slow?

Perhaps it’s fair to say that without the extra help, the service today would have been even slower, and customers would have waited longer.

Here, we’d like to share our commitment – no shortcuts.

We insist on you tasting the flavor and texture we envisioned for you.

This is the essence of YODmilk.

From the owner to the staff, we have internalized this DNA.

For our bagels, we ensure that each order is placed into the oven one by one after you order, creating the promised crispy outside and soft inside.

Despite shortcuts available, like using a bread toaster and delivering within 30 seconds, we don’t take that route.

Such bagels have a less enjoyable “heart” and the texture doesn’t match our standards.

Our coffee is brewed only after you place an order, especially in the morning when your first cup matters.

A rich and aromatic coffee truly sets the tone for your day.

Even with shortcuts like preparing espresso shots beforehand, storing and serving upon order, we don’t adopt this method.

Each cup’s concentration and aroma vary.

We believe even someone undemanding would notice!

Our longtime customers know we prioritize reputation and standards over profits.

If we only focused on profits and neglected other aspects, YODmilk might not have reached its fourth year.

This is our dedication to our products.

We just want you to experience the taste we intend.

Once again, we apologize sincerely.
