How to make Okpa
method
*chilling pepper
* uzuza seed
*red oil
*salt
*Okpa flour(powdered)
*lukewarm water

Queen cakes
4 cups of plain flour
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup of sugar
Pinch of salt
250g of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
*Mix dry ingredients together and seive
* cream your butter until light and fluffy
* beat your egg till foaming set aside
* add your flour inside the liquid mixture (egg and butter) till fluffy
* Grease your baking muffin tin and add your batter
Bake at 180 degrees on a Preheat oven for 30-35mins or until golden
Cake is ready
Doughnuts
Ingredients :
•2 cup all purpose
•1 teaspoon vanilla essence
•1 tbs yeast 1 cup warm milk
•1 tbs yeast
•4 tbs melted butter
Homemade burger rolls ingredients
1 and 1/2 milk
1/4 cup butter
2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 Tbsp sugar white
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
7 g yeast
Heat milk and butter together until warm.
In a large bowl , mix flour ,yeast sugar and salt together.
Pour milk mixture into flour add egg mix well until the dough is formed.
Knead dough until smooth and elastic about 10 to 15 minutes .
Grease the bowl with some oil then put back your dough in bowl cover with clinging wrap about an hour./ Until it rise double size . Knead it again for 2 mins .
Divide dough into 6 equal piece shape,shape into smooth balls and place on greased baking tray.use parchment paper to line up your baking tray. Flatten slightly cover and let it rise again for 15 to 30 minutes.
Bake at low heat till you get brown golden color
make your tomatoes sauce so reddish if you want to achieve a colorful party jollof rice

incase your are onions lover, like you like seeing onions in your stew after cooking , don't add the whole onions before stir fring your tomatoes , add half and remain some , after stir frying your tomatoes add the remaining onions stir fry a bit and add your stock water cover it and it to steam very well...

Fellow me let's make fresh okro soup with ogbono(draw soup) please always follow my page like comment and share that is only way you can support me thanks

Ogbono (uzuza seed/ ogiri ogbeni) l grind all together
2. Ice Fish/ meat/ stock fish but l use ice fish for this soup
3. Red oil
4.pepper
5 crayfish
6 maggl
7 vegetable
8. Okro
Method
1. Steam your fish or meat with small quantity of pounded pepper, crayfish,uzuza seed , ogbeni and maggie, and keep aside
2 . Cut your vegetables wash and keep aside
3. Grind your ogbono, ugbeni and uzuza seed together
4.pound your pepper, crayfish, uzuza seed and ogboni except you have already grind the uzuza seed, ogboni and ogbono together
5.cutt your okro keep aside
6.use red oil to dissolve your ogbono until powder form inside the oil
7. Don't fry your ogbono, after mixing with oil start adding cold water bit by bit and turn then put it on the fire, add your stock water don't cover it full instead cover the pot haif or open it properly
8. After burning some minutes add in your pounded ingredients and seasoning (Maggie) and cook a bit turn it too to avoid burning under
9. Add in your okro and stock fish or meat at a time turn it very well
10. Add your vegetables immediately turn your soup and bring it down
11 ready to serve
Note:some people use onions to cook their draw soup but l don't normally like it, so if you wish you can add it up

Granted sugar 300g or lcing sugar your choice thou
Banana flavour 1 :1/2 tablespoon
Vanilla flavor. 1:1/2 tablespoon
Egg powder 1:1/2 tablespoon choice of color thou
Milk powder flavor 4tablespoon
Milk powder optional 1cup
Bowel to mix
Method
Mix all the ingredients in one place till you get the smoothness very well, put it in a tight container and keep to serve

RED VELVET CAKE (OIL BASED)
Flour. 1¼ Cup
Sugar. ¾ Cup
Cocoa Powder. ½ tsp
Baking Powder. ½ tsp
Baking soda. ½ tsp
Salt. ½ tsp
Eggs. 1
Buttermilk. ½ Cup
Veg Oil. ¾ cup
Vanilla Flavor. ½ tsp
Red color/Red emulsion. 1tbsp
Beat your egg and sugar until fluffy.
Add oil and flavor. Mix until smooth.
Alternate buttermilk and flour into the mixture.
Pour your batter into paper lined greased pan. (baking or brown paper)
Bake for medium heat 35/45
