We are writing to express our sincere appreciation for the tremendous improvement and success, you have been recorded within a shortest time of your administration. Especially in security situation, economic and infrastructure development. You deserve recommendations sir,

As a good concerned citizens.
We're writing to you to express our deeply concern with regards to the state football team. As you are aware, the team has been a great source of pride for our state and has brought, happiness, joy in social activities to many citizens.

However, it has come to our attention that the management of the team, including some senior government officials, has been involved in embezzling public funds. ( Contain in auditor general and head of civil service report) This is an unacceptable state of affairs and something that demands action.

We urge you to take swift and decisive action in this matter. It is vital that we protect the integrity of our government and ensure that public funds are used for their intended purpose.

Furthermore, We believe that you should implement the committee report on the matter. The report clearly implicates the chairman of the club in the scandal, and allowing him to continue in his position would be a huge mistake. Moreover, he has an outstanding corruption case before they state Auditor general office and forward to chief judge since the last government, a situation that further raises questions about his suitability for the role.

Allowing such person to hold such an important position send the wrong message about your administration's commitment to fighting corruption and promoting ethical conduct. it also undermine the trust of citizens in the integrity of the government.

As you are well aware, the state football team serve as an important representation of our community and is an essential source of pride and inspiration for our youth. It is therefore crucial that the team team is run with the utmost professionalism integrity, and accountability.
For that currently the team is in the crises where forced the chief coach, (Technical adviser) chief currator and some important staff resign from their jobs.
It is crucial that the team be reorganize and refocuse to ensure that it serve the interest of the public by providing top-notch sporting activities that foster the necessary moral values required of youth people. A thorough review and restructuring ot the team management and structure will help to restore the confidence in the public and prevent such crises from occuring again in the future.

Finally sir, we wanted to take a moment to provide you with some advice. We have noticed that some of your friends have been engaging in behavior that is harmful to your reputation, sir you have to worked hard to build a positive reputation as a leader who cares about their community. And would be a shame for this reputation to be tarnished by the others.
Your Excellency sir, by taking this action now you can demonstrate to the people you serve that, you're committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and honestly.

We sincerely hope that you take our concerns seriously and that you take appropriate steps to address the situation. We, as the citizens of this state, deserve nothing less than transparency and accountability from our leaders.

EVEN H.E THE GOVERNOR AND THE GOVERNMENT ARE NOT AWARE OF THE SITUATION THAT KATSINA UNITED IS IN. !!

A few weeks ago, I saw a group that is interested in protecting the interests of the governor and the government in youth and sports matters. They wrote an important post about the Katsina United football team.

As we are about to resume to the second stanza of Nigerian premier league, the interim committee of this team are throwing a stone into the glass house to bring down the good image of the club. For taking wrong decisions as follows.

1. Everyone knows that the suspended management board have tried their best to hire experienced players and have paid for their 50% clearance. Most of them have contracts with foreign countries where the government will get a lot of income (revenue) because of this contract.

The worst thing is that according to the authentic story find out that the acting chairman goes behind the scenes without the knowledge of the government. He already on selling these materials and future players to other clubs withing and outside of the country.
A small examples like.

1. Mikel ibe He released him to Enyimbaa int'l Aba

2. Lawrence Edward released to Plateau United

3. Uzor chinedu released to Heartland F.c

4. Daniel Akambek released to Remo stars

5. Ibrahim yahya released to Kano pillars

6. Lukman Bello is now in Tunisia and signed with Birzerin C.A Tunisia

7. Anas Hassan signed an agreement with another club in Egypt, but he was released.

All these listed players owned by the state government have a two year contract with KATSINA UNITED and no one has spent one year in the tea, but no one knows the reason behind this dangerous decision, and no body's know how much this deal will cost,

No body's except interim chairman knows how much they have been sold all this big big players.
Only caretaker chairman will explain this.

This shows that the suspended management is ready to move this organization forward, but there was a lack of understanding and communication gab withing, Because they have recruited great players and paid them.

Finally, There is a true story from the NFF and NPFL. Said a caretaker committee chairman went to Abuja and wanted to get access to the D.M.S code number of KATSINA UNITED, the question is what will he do with it?

And also we requested to the interim chairman to explain how to spend the money about ten million naira sent to the KATSINA UNITED from startime TV company for TV Right ?

After a proper investigation up to time of writing this article their is no any single experience player sighn in the team to fill this wide gab. it is said that the opportunity to register new players is about to be close.
Is this not a bad provision that this interim committee is preparing for the incoming substantive management? In this way, the government should look into this situation, and whoever will come as chairman should know that he is facing a complete conspiracy that only God can save him.

Advice for those who emarge as management the prefer well because this is a big challenge for them and our state.

May almighty ALLAH Blessed and beloved governor for his self services to the development of the state in youth and sports as a whole.

MAIZE DISTRIBUTED TO THE POOR IN KATSINA: Call for Investigation into the Contractor

The individuals who received the Maize Grant from the Katsina State Government have reported that the maize is of poor quality.

They have appealed to Governor Dikko Umar Radda to halt the distribution of the grants and initiate an investigation into the contractors.

One person whom Katsina Times interviewed stated, "The maize is definitely not good. Anyone who receives this maize isn't being helped, as they won't benefit from it."

A Health Officer we spoke with mentioned, "This corn is evidently contaminated and of low quality, posing potential health risks to the community."

"A health expert stated that those who are knowledgeable about food quality can recognize that this corn has the potential to cause diseases if consumed."

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), in collaboration with the Katsina State agency (SEMA), announced that the distribution of maize will commence on August 19th, benefiting 21 local governments through the maize subsidy program.

The History Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Al-Fullani Al-Kishwani (Katsinawi), a Northern Nigeria's Scientist.

"Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Al-Fulani Al-Kishwani was an early 18th-century Fulani mathematician, astronomer, mystic, and astrologer from Katsina, present-day Northern Nigeria.

He was born in Katsina in 1699 and he died in Cairo, Egypt in 1741. Al-Kishwani studied at the Gobarau Minaret in Katsina before leaving for Cairo, Egypt in 1732, where he published in Arabic a work titled, "A Treatise on the Magical Use of the Letters of the Alphabet" which is a mathematical scholarly manuscript of procedures for constructing magic squares up to the order 11. As words of encouragement to the reader, he writes:

"Do not give up, for that is ignorance and not according to the rules of this art ... Like the lover, you cannot hope to achieve success without infinite perseverance. Al-Kishwani died in Cairo, Egypt in 1741. He was 42."

Notable Works

Al-Fulani Al-Kishnawi worked on the mathematics of magic squares. A magic square is an n x n array in which the sum of the n numbers in each row, column, and diagonal add up to the same number.

Al-Fulani worked on odd-order magic squares. Muhammad worked on odd-order magic squares The order of an n x n magic square is n, the number of rows or columns.

Given n, any odd number, formulas give the center of the n x n magic square and the sum of the entries in any row, column, or diagonal (called the magic constant).

Using these formulas for odd-order magic squares and his ingenuity, Muhammad created methods for constructing odd-order magic squares.

Muhammad used geometry to create new magic squares. Given a 3 x 3 magic square, he constructed seven other 3 x 3 magic squares by using transformations of the square to itself. These transformations, or symmetries of the square, are also known as the dihedral group, which consists of rotations and reflections that take the square onto itself. They arise frequently in art and nature and can act to form new magic squares from old ones.

Muhammad came up with a formula to find the magical constant, the number that is the sum of the rows, columns, and diagonals, and a formula to find the middle square. The formula for finding the magical constant is n(n^2 + 1)/2, where n is equal to the order of the magic square.

The second formula that Muhammad developed was (n^2 + 1)/2. Once again, n is the order of the square and in this formula, we can derive the middle number.

Muhammad’s work on the magic square was the theater beginning of group theory. By group we mean that a set of elements is closed, associative contains an identity and contains inverses for each element.
Muhammad noticed that you could perform certain operations such as reflection about an axis or rotations up to any degree and not change the properties of the square.

This meant that out of one simple square one could now generate a finite number of magic squares and the properties would still hold. For example, the following magic squares are the same square as above reflected about the x-axis and rotated ninety degrees."

THE HISTORY OF ODUMOSA, THE POWERFUL HUNTER AND FOUNDER OF ERIN-ILE KWARA STATE
