WHAT IS GENEVER?

Genever it’s a typical Dutch alcoholic drink.

Is a clear, botanically rich, malted grain-based spirit that can only be made in Holland or Belgium.

We have options “Genever tasting”, where you can try three different kinds of this drink:
- Young Genever
- Old Genever
- Schoot-An Genever

The last one - produced only according to our special recipe. You can try it only in our tower!!!

And you can also buy a small or large bottle as a souvenir!

The Schreierstoren 🏰

If there is one tower in Amsterdam, it is the Schreierstoren on the head of the Prins Hendrik- and Geldersekade. The brick tower is built around 1486 and forms the end point on the IJ as part of the city wall. It is the first defense tower the city has empire.
