I’ve spent time in this holiday creating a relationship with the my and the moon. If we don’t look up we can’t see how much is truly going on in our skies above. It’s just stunning the changing landscape from hour to hour and day to day. Truly spectacular. Look up 🧚♂️
These healing hands are on vacation. I’m so blessed, privileged and grateful to have the next 18 days to recover my energy and physical stamina. I’ll be with loved ones, great friends, sunshine and the sea.
Celebrating together, 3 generations of life. I am always amazed at how much we need to learn from our elders. My daughter’s life is so rich because she spends quality time with her Oma. She is so fortunate to have her I. Her life. Women need other women. A small girl needs a mother and a grandchild an Oma. This is the way. This is the wise way.

First: thank you to all my clients who rescheduled all of your appointments while I was recovering. Truly blessed .
After 14 days of being hit by this virus, I am so flipping happy to finally start recovering. My teacher ( the virus) this week had a lot of insights for me.
1) self employees people are worried to take time off when sick. Being sick cost me 1/2 my income this month.
2) gratitude that I have enough resources to be sick. That’s not everyone’s situation. I am also privileged
3)I don’t know my boundaries and it’s a work in progress
4)being sick this long, I realized how much I do everyday, resting very little. Time to rest.
5) the body keeps score.
6) I could finally hear the things on my mind, things I need pay attention to. Time for me yo make some changes.
7) changes have consequences. Both positive and negative.
8) I can’t wait to go workout again.

Words of true wisdom. I can’t imagine being fit to look good. Yes, it’s a side affect but certainly not the motivation for me. I love how empowered I feel. I love how supported I feel from my string and flexible body. I love how good my mind feels. So many amazing benefits. What’s your reason?

New moon baby! What an honor to support this mama and baby. Preparing the body before labor is very useful in the ease of birth. This baby is coming tomorrow. I felt the babies eagerness and perfect position to enter this world. Just amazing.

20 days off of coffee. 6 month no booze. 20 days off Netflix etc. I’ve learned to love my own energy, I get up at 6 am and dance with the sunrise and have replaced distraction with drawing, learning new songs and giving the drum a try. Some people say, what fun is left, I reply, I’m having the time of my life, really! It’s nice to be free of social conditionings. I bought into these so long ago and never asked why? Why do I drink coffee. Why do I drink alcohol. Why do I watch Netflix. I realized why. And now I see.
I’ve been working with women for 25 years and after all of these years, I recognize, from the stories being told, men are tired too. Men find it hard to ask for help and to seek a safe place to feel, so in response, I’m offering my first mini- breath retreat just for men.

Not even back from my transformational Brazillian teacher training for 24 hours and I’m back at the books. Today, I begin a year long journey, certifying as a women’s therapeutic coach, specializing in behavior change, mindset and transformation of patterns. Adding to my expertise as a women’s pelvic floor, breathing and menopause coach. This year is and has already been the most transformational year of my life! What else is possible, this is my only question.

Loving this training week in Brazil. It is paradise here.i wake up at 5;00 am and dance my body awake under the sunrise, then I take a swim in the running river. We then, as a group start the Qe-yo practice, a blend of QiGobg, martial arts and yoga. Seriously intense morning workout. It feels my heart to train with these amazing practioners. Looking forward to getting stronger and filled with more energy.
Just finished my last sessions before my big teacher training in Brazil. It’s a gift and honor to be invited and guided. I’ll be breathing, moving and finding time to deeply connect with the plants and animals in a remote location. No showers. No internet. No distractions. Time to rest and renew. I’ll come home with new tools in my belt to support my community in healing and wellbeing. ❤️
