These interviews provided me with invaluable insights into the range of symptoms women face, from physical discomfort to emotional distress, and how these symptoms affect their day-to-day lives.
I am excited to share the full research report with you, which we hope will serve as a resource for women seeking to understand our own experiences. This report is a step towards educating and empowering women to take charge of our health during this transformative stage of life.

As you know that I’m a certified Fasting Lifestyle Coach for Women, Nutritional Therapist, and Certified Bioenergetics Practitioner. I work with women struggling with fatigue, hormonal imbalances, weight resistance, and the challenges during pre/menopausal years that hinder them from becoming their fullest selves.
I am conducting research for a new project to understand the struggles midlife women encounter and what they find most beneficial.
