Welcome to the page of the IFLA Europe Regional Division The Europe Regional Division Committee covers all countries in the European continent.

Its members are representatives of the region to IFLA, and representatives of IFLA to the region. Their roles are:

To promote libraries in Europe through IFLA activities
To promote IFLA in Europe
To work with other European library associations for the benefit of libraries and their users
To support high-level library advocacy objectives in Europe in line with IFLA’s global engagement

The webinar will focus on the theme “How to internationalize the work in Library Associations?” The goals of the webinar are to demonstrate how international cooperation benefits members and libraries at national and local levels, and how this work supports membership retention, financial sustainability and strategic planning.
