Do you have leftover food? Do not feed it to the birds, but throw it in the waste bin or the GFT container. Seagulls are attracted to food scraps. They cause nuisance by spreading litter.

New rules for visiting the Japanese Garden due to crowds ๐
From 8 May to 11 June 2023 the garden will be open daily from 9.00 to 17.00 hrs. If it gets too busy, visitors may have to leave after a maximum amount of time.
The Japanese Garden is quite fragile. The municipality is taking measures so that the garden stays beautiful and intact.

This plan comprises 893 homes, 4 towers, approx. 1,000 m2 of commercial space, a parking garage and several roof gardens ๐ฑ. There will be 243 mid-priced homes, 456 private-sector homes and 197 social rental homes.
The 'vertical city' will be constructed next to Binckhorst Castle ๐ข.

No bulky waste will not be collected from 24 December 2022 to 1 January 2023 ๐๏ธ You can take your rubbish to a waste depot instead.
You will again be able to make an appointment as of Monday, 2 January 2023. We will then come by as quickly as possible to pick up bulky waste and large garden waste.
