You're gonna be over the moon about this new recipe! Meet MEIR Super Sour 🌚
With it's perfect combination of creamy, sweet and sour, we're pretty sure you'll try it more than once.
INGREDIENTS
4 cl MEIR No. 1
4 cl simple syrup (1:1 sugar water)
4 cl lemon juice
Egg white
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry-shake for several seconds. Unlock the shaker, add ice cubes and shake vigorously. Using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh strainer, pour the contents into a sour glass.
Garnish with whatever, or nothing at all, and enjoy responsibly!

Do like Rune and his daughter: Pick elderflowers and make syrup! Perfect for a seasonal MEIR Collins. Recipes below.
🍯 ELDERFLOWER SYRUP
40 bunches of elderflower
3 lemons
2 l boiling hot water
1,5kg sugar
50 g citric acid
Rinse the elderflower and place it in a clean bucket or bowl. Then rinse the lemons thoroughly, slice them thin and place them on top of the elderflowers. Boil water and pour it over. Add sugar and stir until diluted. Add citric acid and mix it in. Cover the mix and place it somewhere cold for two days.
Pour the contents into a fine-meshed strainer and let it drain, and then pour the syrup onto clean bottles. The syrup can be stored in the fridge or in the freezer.

4 cl MEIR No. 1
2-3 cl elderflower syrup
2 cl lemon juice
Soda water
Mix MEIR, elderflower syrup and lemon juice in a glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with slices of lemon and cucumber
An aquavit martini? Yes, it’s MEIRtini🍸
INGREDIENTS
5 cl MEIR No. 1
1 cl dry white Vermouth
2 drops of cocktail bitters (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Combine MEIR No. 1 and vermouth in a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir for 30 seconds. Serve in a martini glass with silver onion, and garnish with a lime twist.

4 cl lemon syrup (1:1 lemon juice & sugar)
Soda water
METHOD
Fill a tallglass with crushed ice along with slices of cucumber and apple, a few strawberries, some ginger, and lemon- and orange wheels. Add MEIR and lemon syrup. Top up with soda water.

2 cl lime juice
3 cl simple syrup (1:1 sugar & water)
10 fresh mint leaves
Soda water
METHOD
In a long-drink glass: Add crushed ice and all the ingredients except soda water. Stir using a bar spoon, and add more crushed ice if needed. Finally, top your done-right MEIRjito with soda water, then sit back and enjoy

8 parts cold hibiscus tea (10 g dried flowers per liter)

METHOD
Blend all the ingredients in a mug. Add fresh raspberries, strawberries and grapefruit wheels. Serve in a glass filled with ice cubes

INGREDIENTS
2 parts MEIR Pink
1 part rhubarb syrup*
Sparkling wine or soda water
*Heat simple syrup (1:1 sugar water) in a pan. Add diced rhubarb stems. Turn off the heat and let it rest for minimum one hour. Strain into a bottle.
METHOD
Fill a stemmed glass with ice cubes. Add MEIR and rhubarb syrup. Stir until well-chilled and top with sparkling wine or soda water. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

5 cl MEIR Classic
2 cl
1 cl Maraschino liqueur
2 cl lemon juice
2 dashes bitters
METHOD
Start by preparing the garnish: Cut the ends off a lemon. Line the lip of the glass with lemon juice before dipping it in sugar, creating an evenly crusted coating around the glass. Then cut a lemon peel long enough to run all along the inside of the serving vessel.
Now you’re ready to make the cocktail: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled, strain into the glass & enjoy

INGREDIENTS
6 cl MEIR No.1
3 cl lemon juice
2 cl sugar syrup (1:1 sugar water)
1 egg
Soda water
METHOD
1) Break one whole egg into a shaker with one ice cube, and shake for 10 sec
2) Add MEIR, lemon juice, sugar syrup and more ice, then shake vigorously for 30 sec
3) Add soda water to a tulip glass, and strain the cocktail into the same glass
4) Garnish with a lemon twist
Phew, the easter bunny brought something for the adults as well…

INGREDIENTS
50 ml MEIR Classic
7.5 ml orange saccharum*
3 dash angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
*ORANGE SACCHARUM
4 parts orange peels
3 parts sugar
Sous-vide on 35℃/95°F for 45 minutes.
METHOD
Combine the ingredients in a glass with a single large ice cube. Then sit back, relax and enjoy — it’s easter and you’ve deserved it
