We are Hiring "Call Center Agent – Receivable"

Position: Call Center Agent – Receivable
Remuneration: NRs. 50,000 plus Commission based Incentives

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Call Center / BPO
Duty Station: Kathmandu, Nepal

Responsibilities:
• Perform duties on assigned accounts, such as recording, verifying, and validating customer’s details as received from Clients.
• Tracing and Tracking customers and Finding out Right Party Contact (RPC).
• Advise customers on ways of clearing their debts/owe while communicating with them about the importance of paying their dues and the consequences of non-payment.
• Act as a mediator for disputes between customers and principals/Clients
• Locate and notify customers on defaulted accounts/owes by mail, telephone, or scheduled visits to ask for payments.
• Deliberate with customers by telephone to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the credit terms for easier settlement of receivables.
• Initiate the clearance process on cleared receivables once you receive payment proof and have the same uploaded by the relevant department.
• Provide customers with their correct account details, e.g., balances, account numbers, etc.
• Maintaining data integrity and keeping customer details confidential.
• Record information about the financial status of customers and the status of collection efforts in the company’s system.
• Respond to all correspondences, e.g., e-mail, telephone.
• Organize, manage and implement the most suitable receivable recovery method and techniques. Negotiate credit extensions if and when required.
• Willing to work on extended hours and any shift.
• Preparation of reports as required.

Qualifications:
• Possession of a Diploma/ Bachelor degree in any field from a recognized institution with at least 2 years experience in Collection/Credit or Sales and Marketing environments (Banking/Credit management background will have an added advantage)
• Experience of Offshore Call Center Service would be added Advantage.
• Strong analytical power, good problem-solving skills, and ability to work under immense pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders. ·
