Suppose,
floor height = 9 feet
concrete grade = M20 (1:1.5:3)

Now
Total wet volume of Concrete = 9*14/12*14/12 = 12.18 cu ft = 0.34 cum
Take dry volume= 1.54 * 0.34 = 0.524 cum

Cement required = 1/(1+1.5+3)*0.524= 0.095 cm = 1440*.095 kg = 137.19 kg = 2.74 bags

sand required = 1.5/5.5*0.524= 0.142 cm = 5.03 cu ft

Aggregate required = 5.03*2 = 10.06 cu ft

Formworks = 4*14/12*9= 42 sq ft

rebar (estimated) = 3.5% of 0.34 *7850 = 93.42 kgs

If we take recent cost,
sand = 5.03*100(depending on location)=NRs. 503
Cement OPC = 2.74*650(depending on location) = NRs. 1781
Aggregate 25 size = 10.06*110 (depending on location) = NRs.1106
rebar = 93.42 kgs * 95 =NRs. 8874
binding wire = 1kg * 160 = NRs. 160

Total material cost = NRs. 12424
Manpower cost with formworks as per market rate = 110-120/ sq ft
so manpower with formworks = 42*115= NRs. 4830

Total cost = NRs. 17,254

Note: add 3-5% for wastage, iron nails.
