Legalise Cannabis Victoria upper house MP David Ettershank said the party has drawn up plans for Cannabis Social Clubs, where members who are unable or unwilling to grow their own will entrust farmers to grow for them. It is the second plank of the Party’s three-step plan to legalise adult use cannabis across the lucky country.

Under Germany's new proposals, cannabis would initially be removed from the Narcotic Control Act and personal possession of up to 25 grams permitted. Individuals would be allowed to grow up to four plants and a network of Cannabis Social Clubs would provide access to cannabis through a membership system.
