Experienced - Dental Assistant / Dental Receptionist Required

This role is for our Dental Practice covering general and cosmetic dentistry in Pt Chevalier.

We have Full-time & Part Time roles available in our dental practice for someone who is looking for stability and growth in career.

Hours of work can be slightly flexible with weekend rosters
You’ll work with a great bunch of people who all have the same goal – to provide the best experience possible for our patients.

About the role:

You will be a key influencer of how patients feel and what they tell others about their experience with you and the practice. You can really make a difference to someone’s day here with us.

There’s lots of variety and things to do and often there will be more than one thing at a time needing your attention. Your role will cover patient support and care while they are in the practice as well as by phone and email. Diary management and communication is a key part of this.

There is also the usual administration that goes with a busy dental practice such as processing payments, coordinating with referrers, ACC, and Insurers, filing, coordinating services and follow ups.

About you:

It is essential that you have amazing people skills, be genuinely passionate about service and also have excellent attention to detail. You will need to have client-facing experience and be able to demonstrate your ability to provide excellent customer care. Previous medical or dental reception experience would be great or at least some further experience in an administration role where details, quality, and a need to get things right first time were essential.

About the Role

We are on look out for a highly motivated and energetic Marketing Coordinator with Graphic Design experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in a similar role to get involved in an exciting organization in a varied and hands-on position. The Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Design position will report to the Regional Manager

Objectives of this role:

 Coordinate short term activities and programmes to promote the organisation
 Work with the Regional Manager to support longer term activities
 Provide written content for our publications
 Coordinate and monitor the organization's social media
 Specialise in the use of graphic design software(s) to produce reports, proposals, presentations and publications in-house
 Provide graphic design assistance across the organisation
 Assist in the up-keep of the website and/or content update
 Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
 Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team.

Qualifications/Experience:

 2+ years experience producing social media content, with strong editing, design, and copywriting skills.
 Up to date knowledge of the rapidly evolving social media trends and channel updates.
 Experience with social analytics tools and content management systems.
 Experience working with the Adobe suite (Photoshop/InDesign).
 Highly developed communications skills, both written and verbal.
 Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
 Experience with brief writing and working with creative agencies is advantageous.
 Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
 Experience with research using data analytics software
 Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
 Proficiency in Adobe programmes, such as InDesign and Photoshop.

Personal Requirements:

 Creative, imaginative and innovative.
 Confident, enthusiastic and motivated.
 Attention to detail while working to strict deadlines.
 Adaptable and good at managing pressure.
 Good at negotiating and public relations.

You will need to have received both Covid-19 vaccinations by the start date of this role and be able to produce your vaccine pass if successful for an interview.
