‘Tava’ Mussels - named after the Pan they’re fried in … so scrumptious! Especially with that garlic and almond Skordalia sauce!

Lokanta’s sticky beef cheek, nestled in with some syrupy fig and grilled courgettes, amongst a walnut and red pepper muhammara - rich flavours for the (hopefully) last of the inclement weather!

This cheesey flatbread has got Turkish sausage (sujuk) and green peppers inside, is called PACHANKA and is being served for Weekend Brunch!

Thinking’ about putting cabbage rolls on the winter menu .. what do you think ?

Literally ‘wrapped’ , as opposed to dolma, which means ‘filled’ . So stuffed cabbage leaves, vine leaves, silverbeet etc will be Sarma; and capsicums, eggplants, tomatoes etc will be Dolma 🥬🍆🍅🌶️🌞
