✨T-hair Line $48 - this is when we apply permanent/semi colour though the roots of your parting and front hairline which helps maintain those pesky greys/growth untill the need of a full colour

✨Retone $40- a toner helps to maintain your hair color's integrity and soften regrowth indication line where foils meets regrowth.

✨T section foils & tone $133- this can be alternated in between your full head every 6 weeks this covers the areas in the parting and side hairline.

Effective immediately, we will be introducing a 50% of your service cancellation/no-show fee that must be paid prior to your next appointment. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are more than willing to accommodate such situations. However, repeated instances of last-minute cancellations and no-shows not only disrupt our schedule but also affect other clients who could have taken that appointment slot.

We value your time as much as we hope you value ours, and we believe that this new policy will help us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system for all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

DID YOU KNOW -brushing your hair 👩🏼‍🦰when wet can cause damage?

Brushing while wet is a common bad hair habit, but you should never use a round brush or bristle flat brush on wet hair. In fact, you should never use any type of brush on wet hair. Using a brush immediately out of the shower will stretch your strands and cause breakage. Wet hair is weaker than when dry specially bleached hair, so tugging at your locks to rid of tangles means you’ll be creating more split ends and break up the structure of your current cut. Instead of grabbing the brush you blow dry with, reach for a wide-toothed comb or pick and follow these steps:

⭐️1.Using a towel, remove excess water from your hair just using patting motion do not rub hair in towel it creates friction and can cause split ends.

⭐️2.Apply a leave-in-conditioner or a detangler allowing the comb to smoothly run through your hair. A leave-in will also moisturize your locks. Selecting the right formula can protect against heat styling as well.

⭐️3.Then, starting at the ends of your hair and working your way up, preferably use a wide tooth comb through your hair in short strokes. A little at a time until you can easily run the comb down the entire length of your hair. If you have thick hair, you can do this in two cycles – once with a large wide-tooth comb and once more with a fine-tooth comb with more teeth🪮.

Parking update ! 🔊

The parking ouside the shop has now been changed to 30 minutes and we have been advised by council that there will now be a car that drives around shops issuing Vehicle infringement fines sent in mail. So advoid tickets by parking either down toroa street or across road behind plunket.

Firstly we would like Thank all our wonderful loyal clients for your support over
the past 9 years, here at simply colour and cuts we want to continue to provide the best service & care we can. But with the cost of operating, inflation and overheads continuing to rise, we have no choice but to do small price increase on our services.
This is completely out of our control , with this we can continue to operate and are committed to provide a great service, it's not something we want to do and truly despise the idea but it’s necessary.

We will be adding $5 increase to all Colour services and $2 increase to cuts an add ons

This will take place on 01/03/24
