“We contacted Nicola after a recommendation for ADT from a friend. Nicola came out to discuss the options with a very hesitant mother and 1 adult child and then after a long pause and a medical event Nicola went out of her way to come out and go over it all again with still hesitant Mother and 3 adult children to make sure everyone in the family was comfortable with the decision. Nicola made herself available after hours to make this meeting happen. Am in my “Senior year” I think they call it when all of a sudden realised I was feeling quite insecure on my own and family not close - Nicola at ADT Security was recommend to me and organised my Personal Alarm .
