It was with great sadness that we received the news of the passing of Norm Hewitt, a former Client Ambassador for Triton Hearing and a cherished figure in our community. Norm's remarkable life was a testament to his unwavering spirit and dedication to making a difference.
As a former All Black, Norm captivated fans with his extraordinary talent on the rugby field. His athletic power was only matched by his passion for mental health advocacy. Norm used his platform to raise awareness and support for those facing mental health challenges, inspiring countless individuals to seek help and find strength in their struggles.
Beyond his athletic achievements, Norm also charmed audiences as a competitor on "Dancing with the Stars". His warmth, humour, and infectious energy left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
Norm's legacy as a Triton Hearing Client Ambassador will continue to inspire us all. He believed deeply in the importance of hearing health and the impact it has on overall well-being. Norm was not only an advocate but also a friend to many, and his compassion and kindness will be deeply missed.
As we reflect on Norm's life, let us honour his memory by continuing to champion health and wellness in every community that we serve. Our thoughts are with Norm's family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
Rest in peace, Norm, from all of us.
