Last week, a few gathered in the gallery to celebrate a truly special occasion—the ribbon-cutting of the newly named JOAN HARDEY GALLERY. What a well-deserved honor!
Joan has been an integral part of the OAS since 1983. She has consistently been a champion of the art society, serving as a council member, a dedicated volunteer, a life member, vice-patron, and a sponsor.
Words cannot fully capture the depth of Joan’s impact on our community or the immeasurable contributions she has made over the years. Joan, we are deeply grateful for your unwavering support, and we are truly blessed to have you in our fold.
Follow the link below for a glimpse into our Featured Artist Series - Part One, which launched yesterday. Thank you Fahim Ahmadasri from the Otago Daily Times for the video that wonderfully captures the essence of this series.
