Trip to the garden city for study🧳: I arrived in Christchurch this morning and enjoyed the weather, the spring sent in the air and rich "Me time ".
I could spend a half day in this bookstore "Scorpio books" (photo). It was just pleasant to be there and huge selection of my kind of books(food, healing and mindfulness).
Another shop I highly recommend is HAPA. It is a gift shop that everything's so beautiful including the atmosphere.
I walked about 6 hours today🚶🏻‍♀️. What a great way to excercise 🌟

It's my "Pick me up"day. Popped into our local florist this morning. Flowers are so uplifting 💐, especially on a cold winter day.
The fire is on, making crispy sound🔥. Having a nice hot Rosehip tea and reading a book by the fire add my own time rich. Meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️is next this afternoon.

Nice surprise from my garden this morning. Found Japanese turnips ready to eat! It is first time that I successfully grew them!

Kabu(the turnips) is an excellent source of VitaminC, B6 amd E . I like cooking them with tofu, soy sauce, mirin and konbu(dried kelp= great stock).
You can also eat the leaves which contain Calcium, Vitamin A and K.
