Another incredible week, with 8 of the countries talented up and coming motorsport athletes. It's a real pleasure to coordinate and run the Elite Motorsport Academy New Zealand camp and graduate program each year, partnering with the Otago University School of Physical Education, Sport and Exercise Sciences https://www.facebook.com/OtagoPESES/ and MSNZ. We have wonderful providers in Dunedin and Southland who contract their services to this program to bring education, support, advice and mentoring to these aspiring motorsport athletes. On to the graduate programme now and continuing to support and develop these athletes. Here's a video of the camp week.

On Sunday we ran a development day for your Year 1 athletes. The day started with an informative and challenging Barre class, we want to thank owner Rosa Anderson for taking our athletes through this experience.
Athletes then had a series of workshops starting with Mental skills with Liz Murdoch focusing on strategies for Optimal performance. Foundations of sports nutrition was run by Fi Simpson, finished with Helen Littleworth discussing the importance of functional movement and mobility, specifically around managing trauma and loading injuries.
A massive thank you to the providers and Rosa for giving our athletes an amazing day of growth and knowledge to chance them as people and athletes.
