We're brewing two Golden Ales side by side. On will be a straight brew. The second will be dry hopped with 50grams of Galaxy from day 4.

As usual we'll use fings, cold crash and rack off in to a bottling bucket before we bring them back together for a comparison and taste test.

Back in stock. The new Crafted Beer in a Box kits. IPA and Pale Ale kits sold out fast last week. Just pour contents into your fermenter, add the yeast supplied and top up to 23L (or 20L if you want a little higher ABV). You can dry hop these for additional hop aroma (hops purchased separately).
