Lots of people are looking forward to the story that goes to air at 7pm tonight, about two brothers who worked as shepherds on Puketoro, a big East Coast hill country station, then bought the farm. In the show, we see them bring the community together for the annual sheep and cattle sale.
It's that time of year again. Our wonderful sponsors Kaharau Angus have their bull walk coming up in May.
Only about a few weeks away until the East Coast Angus Bull Walk - Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th May.

3 goal, Poverty Bay B lost to Kihikihi B and are out of the tournament.
6 goal Poverty Bay A lost to Blenheim in a tough battle and are out of the tournament.

Poverty Bay B had a loss in the 3 goal, but came out best loser so play in the Handicap semi final today at 3pm on Nga Rakau at Kihikihi.
Poverty Bay A play today in the 6 goal Handicap semi final at 4pm on Nga Rakau at Kihikihi.

Ladies tournament this wkd at mystery creek
The final game at Kihikihi Polo Club didn't go Poverty Bays way and no silver was won. Nev had a win and a loss in the round robin for 2nd place, Jenny's Hawke bay team won the 6 goal.
We have the Saville Cup starting next week in the Waikato with 3 teams competing!

Day one at Kihikihi Polo Club , Rob Telfer filled in for Nev today for Sports Science but had a loss against Morrinsville with Amelia playing for them.
Sports Science play tomorrow at 10am, Morrinsville play at 2.30pm.

Kihikihi tournament this weekend. The 6 goal team play Saturday 3.30pm, Nev is playing in 0 goal for Sports Science and Amelia is in 0 goal for Morrinsville. They play Friday at 12 against each other.
Jenny is playing in the 6 goal for Hawkes Bay Saturday 4.30pm.

Mystery Creek Festival of polo didn't go Poverty Bays way this time. The 6 goal team with Neville, Cody, Burne and Scott had 3 losses but improved every game, the 3 goal with Rob an Amelia had 2 wins and a loss in extra time playing for Equissage. Robs horse Shilo played for the Australian ladies and won a pony prize. Jenny Shanks playing for Hawkes Bay in the 6 goal won the cup, with 4 wins.
Next up is Kihikihi this weekend, draw will be out soon!

Rob and Amelia playing in 3 goal for team Equissage went to extra time yesterday and lost by 1. They play again today.
