Starting this Friday 5th July, Icons will be having “Pakeke Classes” every Friday at 11AM. It is $5 per person and will help reduce fall rates, hospital admissions, and maintaining a good level of fitness and strength. This is also a great opportunity for our pakeke to socialise and interact with others. If this is your or you know someone interested please get in touch with one of our staff members.
