It's been a while since I posted an update on Revive so here you go...
As many of you know, we bought a house when lockdown ended and we've been working around the clock to turn the very old garage into a new training studio. There were many moments we weren't sure it was going to happen 🤔🤬 but it's finally ready!!
And it's such a cool space. 🤩
Bootcamps are now running three nights a week again and you can find the schedule on Revive's website. I'm pretty much full for clients but I have a few fabulous ladies leaving soon so message if you'd like some private training and I'll see what I can do. I also have some great online programs I wrote during lockdown. You can find more about them on my Female Fitness Systems website.

AUTUMN UPDATE
Hey! Hope you are all training hard and eating well! 💪🥑 Here are a few things to help you out + an update from me.
1. BOOTCAMPS
We now have sessions Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6pm. We also have a Wednesday 6:30pm session but it's only open to advanced ladies. Groups are currently anywhere from 3-8 ladies, with Monday and Thursdays being our quietest sessions. In reality I should call these "group training for women" because, while we do some burpees and other bootcamp-like exercises, we also get into some heavier weights. But, for the sake of newcomers finding us through google we call them "bootcamps".
So, if you are looking for a friendly way to stay fit as it gets colder outside, get in touch to learn more! You can message me through this page or on 021 0712 895.

SPRING UPDATE 🦋🌼
Hey everyone! A quick update from me and what's happening with Revive this spring.
We have two 30 minute bootcamp sessions each week: Tuesdays at 6:15pm and Wednesdays at 6:30pm. Many of our Wednesday ladies have been training for at least 1-2 years so it is a more advanced group. I suggest new ladies start with Tuesday sessions (unless you are very fit and have weight trained before).
All small groups are full and have been underway for about 6 weeks now.
I'm still blogging over on Female Fitness Systems and I post more regularly on that page. So if you'd like more exercise and nutrition tips - pop over and follow me there.

Hey bootcampers! Our flight home was diverted to Honolulu so I'm arriving in NZ two days later than planned. I might be a bit weary from lack of sleep due to crazy flight times but bootcamps will be on again from Tuesday. Looking forward to seeing you all then!

Wild blueberries! My dad picked them, my brother and I cleaned them and we'll all eat them.
Other than multivitamins, magnesium is the supplement I recommend the most often for women. It has so many benefits - including helping with stress, mood, energy, headaches, PMS and better periods.
Not all magnesium supplements are good though - many of them use magnesium in an oxide form which isn't well absorbed by your body.

The Best Way To Train Legs | Female Fitness Systems The best way to train your legs depends on your body type and your goals. Here are the common complaints women have about their legs and how to address them.
This is why I recommend a multivitamin for most people. Data showing that most people are deficient in key nutrients. If you are deficient your mood, ability to deal with stress, ability to stick to a nutrition plan, sleep, energy and hormone balance will be negatively impacted.
Stress, dieting, taking hormonal birth control, and exercising all increase our need for vitamins and minerals too!
Most women do not eat enough food to even be able to hit their requirements assuming they are able to eat perfectly all the time. I eat more than most women (and better too) and often come up short for iron, zinc, calcium, vitamin C and potassium (and this is only what I can track on myfitnesspal so there may be other deficiencies).

The Details:
We’ll be meeting every week in small groups of 3 to train, talk about nutrition and keep you motivated – all the elements you need for successful fat loss and body transformation.
In the first session we get into nutrition, body measurements and setting goals and then for the rest of our time we focus on getting stronger and leaner through intense but fun training sessions.
There’s other bootcamps and group training around but none with such small personal groups and with a focus on female specific training and nutrition needs. You'll be a whole lot more motivated because you will be with 2 other ladies just like you and who will become your friends on your journey together.
