Mana Parents Centre provides Childbirth Education (aka antenatal classes) and Parent Education classes for families living between Tawa and Pukerua Bay.
Mana Parents Centre (MPC) is run by a team of volunteer parents who have all have attended our classes. All of the services provided by MPC to the community, are organized by this committee of dedicated volunteers, wanting to give something back to our local area.

How does $100 for a little of your time sound? We're looking for class coordinators to support with our child birth education classes.
As well as getting $100 as a thank you for your time, you also get to attend all the classes and learn from the educator - brilliant as a refresher if you're pregnant with your second child. We'll also set you up with a coffee group for when your bubba arrives.

Parents Centre Aotearoa is looking for an experienced, motivated and friendly senior accountant to join their team, providing accounting support to the national support centre and Parents Centre locations across the motu.
This is a part-time (24 hours per week) permanent role based in Porirua, joining a team that is family-friendly, with flexible hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Invoicing and accounts receivable processing
- Oversight of accounts payable
- Month-end processing and reconciliations
- Financial support and analysis for national support centre staff and projects.
Experience in accounting and finance roles, and holding accounting qualifications, are essential for this role.
