Wiremu's ability to nip down to the shops, visit friends and get off road is now in place. And he was one happy lad! Chur Wiremu, always enjoyable catching up. 😎

The reality for us wheelies is that we really appreciate a bit of power to reach those further afield places in our life. This can come in the form of a car for some, public transport for others, or for the ever-growing number of Triride users out there, Power Assist. We get a heap of feedback from our many clients on the range they can achieve and how they can ditch using their car, along with the need to transfer. It was a pleasure working with Tania who from day one has been using her Compact HT to visit grocery, hardware, café and many other stores, flown with it (in a plane 😊), and used it to spend precious time with friends and family!

Like any person on this planet, the desire to get our own space from time to time is important. For us wheelies there is sometimes a little bit more involved, to make that happen. For Corey his Triride will provide him just that. Attach, go! Complete with custom Tetra controls to complement Corey’s strengths, his new Compact HT will allow him 40km +/- travel around the streets of Epsom/ Greenlane and Mt Eden amongst others. Delivery day in tropical Patea was…well… hosing down, accompanied by a delightful sideways wall of westerly rain. 😊 That didn’t deter Andrew, who as a seasoned power assist user, was dead keen to get out about and put his new device to the test. Impressed… for sure! The bike got a true drenching and didn’t miss a beat. Knowing that his winters can be wet, sleet filled and icy Andew was pretty stoked to know his device will handle. Note… Patea can also have beautiful weather just saying, having grown up just down the road in the mighty Hawera. 😊

The versatility of the Triride Compact HT is without reproach. Here in New Zealand with our varying terrain types, it is without question our number 1 device. Why? The ‘power’ of the ‘geared’ motor, the compactness of the device making for super easy transport and of course its usual completely custom Triride features. Climbing rather steep hills and getting the wind through the hair on the beach, will be easily achieved for new recipient Lynne. 🙂

It’s been a while since we put up a video of one of my favourite cruising environments. The Hobsonville point walkway system and wharf area… A well connected walkway system for sure and you can always rely on a decent coffee at the end. Or was that the start? Both 😊 If you are looking for somewhere to go for a cruise, I would certainly recommend. Great set up for kids and adults to cruise alongside on their bikes.

Denise’s initial questions around the Triride Light Power Assist as a concept, led to absolute joy when she first laid her hands on her custom device. The restrictions around getting out into her community were thrown away and she was quite literally, gone! Coffee down at Red Beach surf club followed by a walk along the beach, groceries at the local shops, down to the park with family and in time taking the dog along for the walk. You know those small things that we wheelies often put into the too hard basket, now have become achievable! ‘Keeping up with the family’ is a common catch cry for the use of the Triride Power Assist. The wide-ranging benefits of the Triride Light are a good match for just this situation. Able to easily navigate paths, shingle tracks, grass fields and inclines for starters. Throw in its 8kg transfer weight, transporting from Location A to Location B is just ‘easy’. A few days back an urgent call came in from our Triride UK partner - one of their clients had issues with his Triride that needed urgent resolution and he was in Auckland. Could we help… of course! On their world tour Ben and his wife (Alice) were in Auckland about to depart for the South Island, followed by the Philippines and then Vietnam. Some sharp weekend work from the MaxAbility techs, saw Ben’s device back up and running. Good fella that Ben 😊 having racked up thousand's of KM’s so far on his Triride, he commented that their world tour just wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for his Compact HT. Having the Power Assist integrated into his life has enabled Ben and Alice to embark and achieve so much on their travels. All the best for your next adventures ahead Ben! 🤟

Having delivered his custom Lasher Sport Mountain Bike a month ago, Chris has wasted no time hitting the local Bay of Plenty tracks in the pursuit of good times, a solid work out, riding with his mates and looking to cover every inch of his body in mud. It doesn’t matter your age. When engaging with the ‘world’ is your objective, Triride has the solution. For Piper she now has a pretty cool device to get where she wants to go. School outings, the zoo, the river trails and hunting blackberries! For her parents and grandparents some slick safety controls; hand held Bluetooth ‘key fob’, to give 30 metre line of sight to stop the device, speed and power upper limits to name a few. The Triride Italian team also built in ‘growthability’ to ensure that as she transitions through childhood, the Kids evolves with her. Oh and isn’t the Colour, selected by Piper just superb! 👩
