Beef kabany. These skinny sausages are made of beef meat only and sheep casing and are smoked in Manuka wood.
I dried them slightly so you can just munch on them as they are.

Balkany was established almost a decade ago as a more portable version of the Balkanistas to join many wonderful festivals around Aotearoa.
