Whether they hold pride of place on the fanciest of cheese platters, are the ideal scoop for dipping in hummus or simply snacked on solo, these spent grain crackers not only taste great but are a delicious source of fibre.

Do you know what this is? It’s your next stop on your sustainability journey…

Upcycled Grain Project NZ's 100% spent brewers grain Flour - a by-product of the brewing process, and Upcycled Grain Project’s hero ingredient.

Apart from the upcycled benefits it is a high fibre product that can be used in baking (replacing about ¼ - 1/3 of regular flour) for a denser, more flavoursome and nutritious end product.

Delicious. Nutritious. Sustainable.
