BREATHING INTO THE PATH FORWARD

At this time of transition and change our path is littered with potholes and tests. Negative thinking, fear, drama, catastrophising and the energy of judgement can pull us in and keep us stuck.
People who trigger our ‘shadow aspects’ are a gift. Acting as reflective mirrors they help us to KNOW ourselves on a deeper level and offer us a ‘TEST OF MASTERY.’
It is important that when people don’t behave as we expect or deserve that we don’t dwell on it. Individual behaviour is a choice and how we react to it is a choice. Judging others or ruminating over an experience or situation which has brought up uncomfortable feelings will keep us entrained to the vibration of that situation or person which is not helpful to ourselves or anyone else.
Rise above the bumps in the road. Let the light shine in. Forgive. Be grateful for the learning and let it go.

I am missing the cactuses / cacti in Arizona. These silent sentinels were dotted around the Ventana Canyon Resort where I attended the 38th Congress on Illumination 2 weeks ago. They are transformers and I realise that it was the role of all 500 participants to bring in and anchor and transform the powerful solar energies of light that are taking us into the Fifth Dimension. Since my return I have just wanted to sleep. Integrating it all will take time and (I feel) understanding its full significance even longer. Immense gratitude

This post is resonating with me as my physical body recovers from my trip to the U.S. and integrates and assimilates the light from Mt Shasta, Tucson and the Congress on Illumination. I am tired but happy and excited for what is to come. As always the timing has been perfect. August has been a watershed month both individually and collectively. Watch this space.

The recent energies of the Super full Moon in Aquarius are illuminating what we need to know more of- they are uncovering hidden truths buried deeply in the subconscious recesses of the mind , this lingering full moon energy is clearing energetic shadow residue in Self . Many are now moving towards new and higher timelines, and many are ending karmic connections and experiencing karmic completions .

After experiencing significant changes and releasing old patterns, it is always helpful to allow time for integrating energetic shifts. The Ascending have now created the energetic space for new experiences in new earth existence, there may be a sense of a temporary void experience for some and feelings of disconnection and dissociating , possibly feeling suspended for a time . This stage is important and deeply personal ,it provides energetic space for truthful self reflection .

This is a possible sign that more physical rest is required , to repair and restore while adjusting to the new levels of higher consciousness. It's natural for the ego to resist this process at various times throughout , by accepting with stillness , mindfulness , understanding and inner peace we give the Ascending self opportunities to upgrade naturally releasing all feelings of self condemnation, continuing to rise in conscious evolution .

When the conscious self activates and merges with higher self, integration into the light body takes place, the cellular and molecular structures reorganise in accordance with shifts in consciousness This is to allow higher vibrations and frequencies in the physical body, this helps it to feel far less dense. The light body assists in liberating the false self structures to express itself with Truth , Light / God source creation.

Breaking through the barriers of Ascension and the Ego death cycles , physical symptoms. DNA activations , and recalibrations, Releasing of outdated thinking , the expanding in higher conscious awareness, beyond all of these challenges Is the breaking through to the other side and this is an incredible experience and achievement, stepping into source unconditional love energy , feelings of oneness , blissfulness that enables a much deeper understanding of compassionate actions towards humanity and the planet’s overall transformation.

This conscious journey of awakening to the truth in self involves overcoming perceived struggles, rewiring the existing templates developing strength in endurance, courage, and embracing all aspects of the sovereign self , attributes that expand in conscious evolution.

Ascending souls are removing the template of the human suffering as this consciousness is a plague in most people , The ascending are removing the internal paradigm of human sufferance and this takes time , as there are complex layers in all multiple levels of existence , each day more is removing , more of what has calcified the higher functioning . Ascension evolution is a process of unlearning and Unfolding , the rising into higher Conscious awareness .

Past issues, traumas, and triggers may also resurface now. The Ascending are learning to navigate through these emotions, as the universe together with higher self continue to teach the necessary lessons. This is now about releasing a sense of control, remaining open-minded, and expanding in the changes.Setting healthier boundaries from the heart space . taking responsibility for all actions in self and continuing to focus on healing and clearing more shadow debris .

The Ascending are realigning , activating in higher time lines , clearing, receiving and increasing in light , love , truth awareness Recalibration and integration processes are taking place in Self . The outdated layers of the ego have been clearing preparing for the transmuting process that takes place shortly after , the process of transmuting the last layers of the past self as the initiations become embedded deeper within the cellular level.

The ascending are releasing intense energies That will continue to exist the physical body over the next few days, energy and equilibrium are restoring and re-aligning , the point of focus and conscious attention restores it to its ultimate higher vibration.

Self is now returning to a higher vibrational level of alignment one that activates in Higher knowing, wisdom , synchronicities, restoring you to the ultimate level of your divine blueprint .
There has been a high influx of light codes, leading Starseeds to move into higher time lines and are possibly experiencing radical Internal changes . The physical density in those ascending is breaking down and they are transforming into a new version of the real self .

The ascending are encouraged to embrace this next chapter and transformational stage by expanding in higher conscious awareness .The ascension journey involves allowing self to transform into the upgraded version, which at times requires stepping into the unknown and what may appear mysterious. Letting go of what no longer serves the higher purpose , this strengthens trust and faith on the Ascension path, leading to a profound sense of inner peace.

Living in a society of instant gratification we all crave a ‘quick fix.’ We seek out teachers and heightened experiences to lift us up and to give us a burst of relief, bliss and joy.
To stay in this state and to sustain these feelings we must do our inner work, in particular inner child, shadow work and trauma healing. This cannot be avoided.

We must deal with the emotions behind our compulsive behaviours and do all we can to create a firm foundation, a grounded base from which we can trust and act on our own wisdom instead of the words of others.

Our journey to wholeness can take time, especially if we have lived many lives on Earth and are healing for our families and the colllective as well.
Spiritual events and classes will help but it is important we don’t give our power away. We must be discerning with what we learn and only integrate and process what resonates.

This inner work is essential for ascending souls but the good news is the incoming high vibrational energy can speed things up. The light of truth and awareness just has to momentarily pierce the darkness for it to be transmuted.
Our soul is always on hand to assist and the energy of the Akashic Records creates a soul-infused container for this vital work to take place.

Today is the last day of the World Congress on Illumination. So what have we done this week?

Those who have participated in person and online have provided physical vessels to bring through and anchor primal light substance that will enable the restoration of humanity’s multidimensional creative faculties of thought and feeling and our latent physical senses of sight, sound, taste, touch, intuition and imagination.
This is the FINAL Congress because after 38 years all of the human potentialities and capabilities we had before ‘the fall’ have been returned to us. ‘The Fall’ occurred when humanity began acting in ways that were not based in love. This damage has now been reversed.
This is exciting news and will pave the way for many miracles in the future. We no longer carry the burdens of the past. Humanity has a clean slate!
We have been reset and re-booted and can now reclaim our divine birthright and work together to create a new world order of peace, love and joy.

It was asking for trouble flying from Oregon to Tucson on 8:8:8 when Mercury is in retrograde.
I missed my flight connection in San Francisco and stayed a night at the Hilton courtesy of United Airlines. 😊
It was a very early start but I made it to Tucson via Denver.
The hotel is luxurious. I am loving the cacti, the swimming pools, interesting looking clouds and the joy and laughter flowing up from the lobby as people arrive.
The opening of the 38th and final Congress on Illumination is at 7pm ( pacific time) tomorrow night. (Saturday in the U.S). It will be 2pm on Sunday in NZ.

Happy 8:8:8. I leave for Tucson today.
I had an unforgettable time in Mt Shasta with Jeffrey Jon, Evan and Susan Brochin.

We were led on a unique and mystical mountain tour by Dan of ‘Shasta Vortex Adventures.’ I was in awe of Dan’s wisdom, passion and respect for the multidimensional energies of this global power spot. He took us to some sacred places and led us through several meditations. We ended the day creating magic together on the shores of Castle Lake.
The energy of Mt Shasta was very strong and all encompassing. I am so pleased I was able to be held in its warm embrace for a short time. I will carry this energy of hope, truth and integrity with me wherever I go.

In the Gateway Peace Garden at Mt Shasta I was delighted to see a Pou Whenua (Healing pole) carved by a Maori master carver.

The St Germain display at the ‘Soul Connections’ shop in Mount Shasta. His presence is very strong here.
