This past Friday our PS/digital whānau fired up the BBQ to mark daylight savings and celebrate a busy few months. ☀️

While there was indeed great food (shout out Joe’s chicken 🍗🔥), these events are about coming together - to build connections, share stories and create a true sense of belonging.

A well-connected team is the key to collaboration and a positive workplace - where personal growth is as valued as professional success.

This year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week deeply resonates with us here at PS/digital.

We’re all about building a culture where people feel seen, valued, and cared for - mind, body and soul.

One of our core values is to ‘be human - bring your full self,’ which means embracing who we are - real, humble, and vulnerable. We believe in showing up for each other, not just as coworkers, but as people.

To keep these values close, we’ve transformed them into posters that live in our kitchen, reminding us every day that we’re stronger when we stand together. 🍕❤️

Kia māhorahora te reo – let’s make it seen, let’s make it heard.

This week is Te Wiki o te Reo Māori and we encourage you to get amongst it!

The theme for Te Wiki 2024 is ‘Ake ake ake – A Forever Language’. It represents the resilience, adaptability and endurance of our language. It also reflects the commitment New Zealanders have to embracing and learning te reo Māori long into the future.

What makes a successful YouTube Ads campaign? 🤔📈

The legends at Wellington Electricity recently approached us to help spread the word about off-peak power. Using YouTube ads, we achieved some fantastic like smashing the benchmark view-rate and reaching half a million NZers. How did we do it?

1. Quality creative. If the ads don't work, people won't watch.
2. Reaching the right audience. Segmenting and location. Be specific.
3. Concise messaging. Easy to understand and accessible.

Last night, we attended the Wellington Gold Awards as finalists for the fourth year in a row, but this year was special - we were named finalists in the 'Employer of the Year' category. 🙌

What an incredible honour! For those who know PS/digital, you’ll understand how much Rich and Phoebe truly care about the team, so being recognised in this space is absolutely amazing.👌
