Why you’re getting ‘non-answers’ from bloodwork...
Reference ranges aren’t optimal ranges.
Conventional reference ranges are determined by highs and lows within the population, including health and unhealthy people.
They don’t reflect what would be optimal for you to feel your best.
Ex: Thyroid or glucose ranges.

When you lose fat, it is primarily converted into carbon dioxide and water through metabolic processes. Here’s a breakdown of what happens:
1. Metabolism of Fat: When your body uses stored fat for energy, the triglycerides in fat cells are broken down into fatty acids and glycerol. These are then transported to cells where they undergo oxidation.
Oxidation Process: During oxidation, fatty acids are converted into carbon dioxide (CO2), water (H2O), and energy. This process occurs primarily in the mitochondria of cells.
2. Excretion:
Carbon Dioxide: Most of the fat is exhaled as carbon dioxide through the lungs. Approximately 84% of the fat you lose leaves your body this way.
Water: The remaining 16% is excreted as water through urine, sweat, and other bodily fluids.
