Mindfulness Half Day Course | Wholistic Health Works | Wellington Region Wholistic Health Works offers Mindful Half Days as an opportunity for you to deepen into mindfulness with others in a safe and supportive environment. Wholistic Health Works was established in 1997. My focus from the start of clinical practice has been on providing whole person care, mainly for people with stress related illness and illness related stress. For more than 20 years I also have been introducing Mindfulness-Based Interventions to individuals and groups. At present I particularly enjoy offering Tai Chi courses and Mindfulness for Stress Reduction programmes in the Wellington region.
