Sinabi sakin to ng best friend ko. Initial reaction was, "luh" no point moving forward if you do something na bare minimum.

Lalo na if eto yung standard mo when doing things.

Pero narealize ko, di naman pala ako dapat ma butt hurt don.

Yung nature kasi natin gusto as much as we can we want to push every aspect of our lives to a 10/10.

Kahit at that time kailangan ko lang tangapin na I'm still a ROOKIE at it.

Di ko maintindihan, kasi, diba pwedeng galingan nalang natin?

And then sa kakapush natin mag 10/10 lahat ng part ng buhay, career, family, realationships, and all the ships na kailangan i maintain you end up putting pressure on things na di naman necessary lagyan ng pressure.

ANG ENDING IILAN LANG ANG NABIBIGYAN NG ENERGY and sure ako iisa lang nag 10/10 lahat pinabayaan mo na.

Imagine na burn out ka on doing your best sa isang 'part' pero wala naman progress sa iba?

SOBRANG COUNTER PRODUCTIVE.

Paano if you just do the necessary, gawin mo lang yung 1% mo everyday that will move the needle forward.

Progress is better than delayed perfection talaga.

Kesa galingan natin, why not make that 1% an everyday thing, na magiging new nature mo nalang yung pagiging "MAGALING" without actually thinking about it.

✅ WALANG PRESSURE
✅ WALANG BURN OUT
✅ HAPPY KA

Kung kaya naman pala makuha yung same results, why not diba?

Then for some reason, nagkaroon ako ng urge to open my devotions from the past year, and nung nakita ko tong page na to I STOPPED.

ALAM MO ANO NAG PA-STOP SAKIN?

YUNG DAMI NG BAKAS NG LUHA NA NAIWAN WHILE I DO MY DEVOTION 🥺

Na-feel mo na ba yung sa sobrang good ni Lord sayo, you can't really put into words yung pagiging grateful mo through all of it, na yung tanging response mo lang is to cry?

I think this was my state while I was writing this.

This is a reminder to all of us na, we stay grounded, because our God is in control.

This 2024, from the same scripture from my devotion last Sept 12, 2023. Whoever is reading this. Gustong sabihin sayo ni Lord na ;

"I THE LORD WILL RETURN & REBUILD"
I WILL BUILD IT FROM IT'S RUINS AND SET IT UP AGAIN.
I THE LORD, SAY THIS. I PROMISED IT LONG AGO"

If last 2023 you felt defeated and hopeless, may this be a reminder for you na he is not yet done. Let's hold onto his promises.

AND THIS 2024, WHEN CHALLENGES ARISE.

LET OUR HEART'S AUTO-RESPONSE IS TO CALL UPON HIS NAME. Because as said sa last line from one of my fav na worship song. HE'S FAITHFUL THROUGH GENERATIONS, SO WHY WOULD HE FAIL NOW? 🤍

Yung pinagkaiba lang natin, di ako confined in an office/space para kumita ako ng pera. Because for me, money is just a storer of value , it's a manifest of the energy and efforts you give! And di ko kayang i alot yung time ko to something that TAKES MORE ENERGY THAN IT GIVES!

Sabi nga ni Elon Musk "We are paid in direct proportion of the problems we solve."

Trust me, there's nothing wrong with being an employee in a 9-5corporate work, because you're helping to solve a problem ng employer mo. There are just people who's so good solving bigger problems than this! And baka magulat ka actually minsan malaki pa yung kinikita ni kuyang nag fifishball kesa sayo.

MY HOLY GRAIL IS WORKING FROM ANYWHERE, sino bang ayaw diba?

Pero, how did I get here?

I STARTED BEING INTENTIONAL WITH WHAT I DO.

My comfort zone was ayaw kong magresign sa corporate work because its stable, lason pala yung sahod! Masyado tayo focus sa "sahod" that I forgot there's more than I can do. I shifted my views from gaining income to increasing my earning potential!

Here's how you can INCREASE YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL :
✅ Do something you love
✅ Build the skills that you need
✅ Learn to Sell yourself
✅ Get used to rejections
✅ CREATE YOUR COMPELLING WHY
✅ Get your habits straight!

AND LASTLY
✅ BELIEVE IN YOURSELF THAT YOU CAN DO IT!

Ako lang ba naiirita sa sarili ko when I have all the time of the day to be productive

pero diko mapigilang mag-procrastinate.

Dadaan na naman yung araw

"Langya, wala na namang nagawa" tapos pag babalikan ko sisihin ko na naman sa

"DI KASI AKO MOTIVATED NGAYON".

Nagiging Routine na yung minsan motivated tayo

madalas hindi

eh pano naman if wala tayong mahugutan?

There are several reasons why it's not always necessary to feel motivated

☑️ Some goals are not motivated by desire but by need.

☑️ Some goals are important for our survival, well-being or happiness, and we don't always need to feel motivated to work on them, we just need to do it.

Parang wala lang tayong choice.
☑️ Baka minsan sobra na yung burnout or fatigue:

When you have been working hard for a long time

it's natural to feel burnt out or fatigued and this can make it difficult to feel motivated.

❌ Lack of progress or success:

Madalas kasi satin kapag wala tayong nakikitang progress feeling natin walang kwenta ginagawa natin

we find it difficult to stay optimistic.

❌ Unfavorable conditions or circumstances:

When you are facing external challenges such as financial difficulties, health issues, or relationship problems, its super hard to be caught up with that!

Overall, a lack of motivation can be caused ng ibat-ibang dahilan at sitwasyon

We need to understand that hindi tayo pare pareho ng dinadanas dito.

And importante aware tayo what is causing it in your particular case in order to address it.

DONT PUNISH YOURSELF TOO MUCH! YOU CAN ALWAYS START A CLEAN SLATE!

Here's how you can manage to continue purposeful work even you're not motivated:

✅ Surround yourself with positive people:

Being around individuals who are supportive and encouraging can help you stay motivated and inspired.

✅ Reward yourself for progress:

Celebrating small wins along the way can help keep you motivated and on track.

Sometimes motivation comes after taking action. Sometimes, it's hard to feel motivated before taking action.

But once you start working on your goals, you may find that your motivation increases as you make progress.

✅ Break your goals down into smaller, manageable tasks:

This can help you feel a sense of progress and accomplishment as you work towards your goal.

✅ Stay positive:

Keep a positive attitude and believe in yourself and your ability to achieve your goals.

✅ Find role models and mentors:

Look for people who have achieved what you want to achieve, and learn from their experiences and advice.

Motivation is an important aspect of achieving goals, but it's not the only one!

As long as you keep going and alam mo kung ano yung nag wowork sayo go for it! If wala pang resulta tuloy lang! Soon timeline mo naman yung cecelebrate natin!
