Pansin mo ba na parang stuck ka sa buhay? Walang progress? Bakit hindi mo subukang gawin ang mga bagay na hindi mo nagagawa dati? Sometimes we know the answer already, as it just sits around the corner. We just choose not to do it.

Hindi madali, pero hindi ibig sabihin na hindi mo kaya. Piliin mong magbago para sa ‘yo. Change for the better. I guarantee you, it’s all going to be worth it. 😉

One thing I learned in life is that it’s awfully short to worry about external things I cannot control.

Ever heard of the 99 : 1 ratio?

99% represents the percentage that you can control. And these are things that happen WITHIN yourself; your actions, your emotions, your thoughts, basically anything that comes out from us.

1% represents the things you can control that happen externally. Basically anything coming from other people; their thoughts, their actions, their words.

Now think about it, would you waste your time on that 1%?

If you understood my point of view, then you can relate when you simply stay out of the negativities and choose to shrug off unhelpful thoughts. 😉

Remember, focus on the things that you CAN CONTROL. That 99% is YOU! 😊

Know that you are enough and ready for that big break you’ve been craving for.
