Exactly! Kahit gaano pa ganda ang business mo, kahit Alam mong papatok sya sa mga tao, kahit Alam mo sa sarili mo Kung gaano ka kagaling.
If you cannot give value, if you cannot fulfill the needs of your clients, wala din. Dapat may puso, may love, then believe me, money will follow.

Story time, always remember HEALTH IS WEALTH ❣️
WHEN YOU'RE YOUNG, TRY TO EARN AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, BUT DON'T TRADE EVERYTHING FOR MONEY
Every time I go to the hospital, I am most tired of the scene where people crowd together to get numbers and wait 3-4 hours to get test results. From this experience, money is placed in a more important place in my concern. I accept spending a little more for better services or medical tourism, trading cash for comfort and time.
I work in education and community, and in this field, money is considered less important than spiritual value, intellectual value and many other values. However, my opinion has always been: "Only when I can support my life can I support others' lives".
With money, you can freely go to the supermarket to buy organic foods to improve your health without worrying about the price. With cash, you can rent or buy a better house. With money, you can take care of yourself and your loved ones more comfortably, such as in medical treatments.
For these reasons, when I read the article "WHY IS IT ALWAYS ALWAYS ENOUGH TO EARN SO MUCH?" I wanted to share some of my views. The paragraphs in quotation marks are the original article; the sections below are my views.
1. Love may not need money, but marriage is different!
"That year, I was 23 years old, and I went to my girlfriend's house for the first time to meet her parents. They prepared a feast for us. The atmosphere was too formal, and I felt a little shy. After some drinks, her father suddenly asked a question, first on unrelated topics, and then the story changed: "When are you going to buy a house?"
Sitting next to me, her mother also casually said that the future son-in-law of her friend had already bought an apartment with three small bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a living room. I'm speechless and clueless on how to reply because all I was thinking in my head was my $400 salary each month. After that, the atmosphere became so tense that I rushed my eating to finish, then used the excuse that the company had an unexpected business and had to return during the day.
A week later, I called my girlfriend and broke up peacefully. She cried and begged me to stay, but I still turned my back and left without regret. It's not that I'm cruel; I'm beginning to understand that love may not require money, but marriage is different. Money is one of the factors that determine the stability of marriage".
=> In terms of finances in a relationship, I quite agree. To say that there is no longer "marriage based on only love" today seems a bit extreme, but perhaps this ratio is not much. A relationship is difficult to "romantic" when the first urgent need still needs to be taken care of is money. However, I'm afraid I have to disagree with how the guy acts in the following story. At the very least, talk to his partner and see her point of view - is there a way to work together? It's selfish of him to make such a decision.
2. Life stability only comes when you have enough money and family's support
"When I turned 26, I finally had some savings. I worked hard, waking up early and working overtime until dawn. My salary tripled. When I felt I had enough money to buy a new house, I decided to buy it. Over the past three years, I have changed and moved to a new city.
Thanks to the introduction, I went to see a few apartments which fit my interests. But when I asked for the price, I was dumbfounded; recently, house prices have gone up so fast. I walked home and thought I should wait for house prices to drop. But the more I waited, the more the price would go up. Ultimately, I decided, "It is time to settle it down. I can't wait any longer." I called my family, borrowed a small amount of savings from my parents, borrowed a little more from the bank, and through my relationships, I contacted friends and close relatives to borrow enough money. Three days later, I finally bought my first house. It was a great moment."
=> This is probably true – I think that deciding to buy a house and prepare for your marriage is crucial in everybody's life, so you only do it when you are ready. Don't base on only a "feeling of stability" or "the advice of the people around you" or "the time has come" to force yourself.
You will regret it later if you decide to marry someone you don't love or borrow a lot to get "your own house".
3. "Stable income" is significant
"Only three months left until I turned 28, I officially lost my job. It is passive unemployment, and the company only compensates a little bit. Once again, I started my journey to find a new job. At that moment, I suddenly realized that after 30, it is more difficult to find a job than before. Either the salary is too low, or the requirements are too high. In addition, there is a large number of recent college graduates waiting for interviews. After paying my mortgage, I didn't have a dime left in my pocket. Luckily, I finally found a new job before the age of 28. Although the workplace is far from where I live, at least everything looks promising."
=> In addition to the stability and gradual increase of salary, expand your financial stability through other forms such as:
- Save an amount to spend on force majeure cases.
- Buying insurance. It is a way to have savings for your health.
- Think about personal branding and passive income generation.
4. When you're young, make a lot of money
Yes, try to make money. But don't trade it all for cash. Don't spend nights and days just focusing on earning more while neglecting your loving ones and ignoring your health. What's the use of money? Isn't it to give us health and time to spend with our loved ones?
Kung hilig mo mag stalk, mag marites ng tips and tricks ng mga millionaire at successful people, maybe you are wondering why they always recommend you to wake up early 🤔🤔🤔.
Syempre masarap talaga matulog, pero mas masarap gumising ng maaga, alin ba mas gusto mo, walang tulog o walang gising? 😅
If it is challenging for you to wake up early pero gusto mong maging successful, here's why you should start practicing it ❣️

Important Tips ❗❗❗
Minsan ikaw mismo mag real talk sa sarili mo.
Even if it hurts tracking your expenses daily, do it! It hurts kapag nakita ko mong ang laki ng gastos mo sa araw na, you could have save that ample amount pero pinang meryenda mo pa, di ka pa naman gaanong gutom.
Even if it hurts budgeting and at the end you will find out, kulang na kulang at paano mo pa e stretch yung perang hawak mo, do it! Sabi nga di ba, pag maiksi ang kumot maturing mamaluktot.
Even if it hurts, paying off your debt in full do it! Even if it means nakapag ipon ka na Sana para nabili Yung gusto mo, kaso you need to pay your CC in full para lang hindi mag incur ng interest.
Even if it hurts, learning, listening to audio books, Yung tipong bugbog na bugbog ka ng mga guilt dahil na realize mo, sana ginagawa ko 'to, Sana ginagawa ko yan. Sana mag simula ako ng maaga, Sana nakinig ako sa FA instead of blocking her.
At the end of the day, nasasaktan ka? Kung di mo mararanansan yan, paano mo malalaman kung paano ka babangon ulit?

CASH FLOW!
No need to explain, madaling intidihin di ba? Ang pag labas at pag pasok ng pera, whether sa business natin or sa personal finances natin. Yes, napakadali pakinggan, pero napakahirap gawin, I myself, I would admit, I'm guilty na hindi talaga ako magaling mag track ng expenses.
Ganun ka rin ba? Pag nkikita mong puro palabas yung pera, sige nalang, bahala na, ba balik nalang yan.! 😩😩😩
Pero sabi nga nila di ba, pag hindi mo hinarap ang sarili mong multo paulit ulit kang tatakutin nito.
We all have our cashflow system, may kanya kanya tayong paraan sa pagpapaikot ng pera, kayo? Meron talagang madiskarte na kahit small amount nalang napapagkasya pa nila.
Share nyo naman tips nyo,!
Do you focus on one stream only? Or if you have many streams of income, how do you manage it?
O BAKA NAMAN MAHILIG TAYO MAG "PROCASHTINATION"🤔😂.
..
