Today, August 26, 2024, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed between La Salle Chotiravi Nakhonsawan, Thailand, and the University of St. La Salle Bacolod City, Philippines.
The ceremony was attended by Brother Francisco Theerayut Chadang FSC, Director of La Salle Chotiravi Nakhonsawan School, and Brother Joseph Dat FSC, Adviser of the Language Department.
Ms. Piluchi Carballo Jison, ELC Coordinator, and Dr. Joram C. Ausente, Internationalization Coordinator, were present to accompany the student interns; Princess Ann S. Duario, Mariella Ferraris, Lilia Jean Garrovillo, and Kaira Razote. They will have their teaching internship in La Salle Nakhonsawan for a period of time that was mutually agreed by the two Lasallian institutions.

The blessing of the newly renovated Dean's Office and Faculty Room at the College of Education signifies a promising start to an exciting academic year. Mr. Michael Villanueva, OVCA; Dr. Annabelle C. Balor, VCAA; Dr. Ricver Ureta, AVCAA; and other university administrators, faculty, and staff were present at the event.

Dr. Angelika Riyandari, a visiting professor from Soegijapranata Catholic University, delivered a presentation on the cultural barriers to public speaking faced by Javanese students to the second-year Education students during the PSPEAK class. Her talk provided valuable insights into Indonesian culture and significantly enriched the students' understanding and appreciation.

Dr. Ma. Carlvina Cruz, Dean of the College of Education, spearheaded a collaborative effort today at Jovito H. Sayson National High School during Brigada Eskwela.
Alongside faculty and students,
student leaders from CEd Council, ASET, YES, and BFCHC united their efforts to meticulously prepare the school library for the upcoming commencement of classes next week.
Furthermore, they generously contributed educational books aimed at enhancing the learning experience for both faculty members and students.
