ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. All advisers/coaches of the different delegations must attend an orientation meeting on April 11, 2024 at 6:00 in the evening at the YMCA Auditorium.
2. Deadline of submission of entries will be on April 12, 2024, 5:00pm at the YMCA Administration Office. For more info, please call tel. no. (074) 309-4635.
3. For Elementary and College, 2 teams per school while for High School, 1 team for Junior HS and 1 team for Senior HS (2 teams) per school.

Registration Fee : Membership Registration and/or Renewal Only of Expired ID’s
ADVISERS/COACHES: Corporate Membership 300.00/yr.
Elementary (Red Triangle Y 6-12 yrs old) @ Php 50.00/yr.
Junior HS (High Y 13-17 yrs old) 75.00/yr.
Senior HS (College Y 18-20 yrs old) 100.00/yr.
College (Corporate 21yrs old & above) 300.00/yr.

General Objective:
To train holistically a wide spectrum of young people from both Public and Private Schools and bring them together for a mutual sharing of experiences, insights, and visions toward making the mission of the YMCA more responsive to the needs of times.

Specific Objectives:
1. To provide an appropriate venue where the talents of the youth may be fairly developed, harnessed and sustained;
2. To provide an opportunity where participants can share, articulate and sharpen their understanding on issues and concerns of local, regional and national relevance;
3. To provide a medium for wholesome fellowship among the youth members/participants in order to strengthen the relationship of individual members and inter-movement cooperation.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Only duly registered YMCA members shall be qualified to join.
2. A pupil/student who has been awarded in the past with a gold medal (Champion) in a particular event and still belongs to the same club level shall no longer be allowed to take part in the same contest event in any succeeding year.
3. Further, a contestant who has been awarded and recognized or has participated in any YMCA event and or competition, be it nationally or internationally, shall not also be allowed to participate.
4. To encourage participation of gifted and talented students, a school is only allowed to register one entry or contestant for an individual or group event in each level.
5. Contestants are prohibited to wear their school and uniforms or identifying marks during the contest. Only number tags/marks duly prepared by the contest committee shall be used for identification purposes. Failure to comply with this term shall mean disqualification.
6. Punctuality is a must. All participants are expected to be at the contest venue an hour before the competition starts. Late comers in a particular event shall be disqualified.
7. All contestants are prohibited to carry electronic devices in the contest venue and during the competition.
8. All entries (art works and literary pieces) shall become the property of the YMCA of the City of Baguio Inc.
9. Junior Hi-Y shall be composed of Grades 7-10 while Senior Hi-Y shall be composed of Grades 11-12.
10. Participation in two categories by the same contestant is not allowed.
11. Any violations on whatever is stipulated in the rules and regulations is a ground for immediate disqualification.
12. NO PROTEST. All decisions of the members of the Board of Judges shall be final, therefore, un-appealable

ALL CLUB ACTIVITIES CANCELLED (except BODYBUILDING)

In observance of the Holy Week, the YMCA of the City of Baguio will cancel club activities on March 28 & 29. Club activities will resume on the 30th of March with the regular schedule.

Basketball - ₱ 700.00 per hour (with/without lights)
Badminton - ₱ 1,000.00 per hour (4 courts)
