Patient came in for a jacket crown replacement on tooth #21. Upon checking, the tooth was infected. Along with it, the other 3 incisors were in a bad shape so the patient opted to have e-max veneers and crowns after the root canal.

Patient came to us for a consultation and only had 15 days stay left in the philippines. Upon diagnosis, evaluation and treatment planning, the patient and our team agreed to a treatment plan.

Patient came in for oral prophylaxis and whitening. We did a heavy cleaning, deep scaling as the patient had severe ginigivitis. After the procedure and further evaluation, the upper insicors were in bad shape. Tooth # 11 was root canal treated, and teeth #’s 12, 21, 22 had old composite fillings with leaks.

Patient also requested to have a more natural shade rather than having an unatural shade of whiteness.

Treatment of choice:

Zirconia Crowns on tooth #11, 21
Zirconia veneers on tooth #12, 22
Stains were applied to mimic the natural teeth.

Overall procedure was done in 6 days.
