| 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐍𝐎𝐖

Representatives from MASS-SPECC affiliates in Region 10 gather at the VIP Hotel for the 2nd Round of 2024 MASS-SPECC Ownership Meetings, with 89 participants representing 48 cooperatives across the region.

This session also marked the first occasion where Cluster and Regional Steering Committee (RSC) Officers of Region 10 took their Oaths and received their official duties within the Ownership Meeting, strengthening the cooperative movement’s commitment to governance and unity.

Kicking off the year-end season early, the Mindanao Coop Managers' Club brought together the CEOs and managers across Mindanao at Chali Beach Resort, CDO, for a meaningful gathering and fellowship.

Beyond the celebrations, the event featured a deep dive into the crucial role of HR, line managers, and supervisors in effective employee management. Here's to fostering stronger teams and setting the stage for an impactful new year!

| 𝐍𝐎𝐖 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆

Representatives from MASS-SPECC affiliates in Region 9 and ZamBaSulta (ZBST) gather at the ZAMSURGOFEMCO-Mpc DINAS Function Hall in Pagadian City to kick off the 2nd Round of MASS-SPECC Ownership Meetings.

The program featured a key session on Republic Act 11765, the "Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act," signed into law on May 6, 2022, underscoring our commitment to consumer rights and financial literacy within the cooperative sector.

Notably, this event marked the first time the Regional Steering Committee (RSC) Officers’ Oathtaking and Charging of Duties took place during the Ownership Meeting, rather than at the MASS-SPECC Leaders’ Forum and Oathtaking Ceremony.

| In solidarity with our fellow co-operatives across Asia, MASS-SPECC proudly participates in the CULROC Exposure Program 2024, held in Taichung City, Taiwan, from November 4 to 8, 2024. This program is jointly organized by the Asian Confederation of Credit Unions (ACCU) and the Credit Union League of the Republic of China (CULROC), promoting mutual learning and growth within the co-operative movement.
